Maret Aebi is the Co-Director of Sunshine & Rainbows ELC and feels extremely blessed to part of the preschool.   Marét has a degree in Management/Marketing from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, La.  She has 30 years’ experience in Management and Human Resources.  She has taught religious education, volunteered, and subbed for the preschool for over 10 years before joining the staff of Sunshine & Rainbows. Marét continues training in early childhood education/development as well as age appropriate curriculum. She enjoys getting to know all of our S&R families & being part of such a great staff.  She loves watching the children grow and explore throughout their preschool days.

Janessa Wilkins is the Co-Director of Sunshine & Rainbows ELC. She had been part of the preschool staff for 8 years, assisting in the 4’s classroom and teaching STEAM. Janessa has a business degree from Texas A&M University in Information Technology/Management Information Systems. She has worked in various settings throughout her career including corporate, municipality and the non-profit sector. Janessa has always felt called to work with children. She has years of experience teaching Sunday School, VBS, and youth sports as well as volunteering with local PTAs and charities. Janessa values helping children develop into the best versions of themselves, playing creatively and growing in their faith. She is blessed to serve the families and staff of Sunshine & Rainbows.
